Dakota Kelly & The Badlanders

Dakota Kelly was born and raised on a farm in Western North Dakota. Music was all around us as kids. My Grandmother was a great story teller and I used to sit and listen to her for hours. I guess I thought some of the stories should be turned into songs. 

I write and record these songs in my home. I am so lucky to have some great help at my side. Natalie Black is my second set of ears and a great Vocalist! The Olin Family, for all the advice and support over all these years. Vashti Johnstone for the Cool Artwork for "Cold Hard Light Of Day". And of course my Family who have listened to the, Good, Bad and Ugly over the years.
